Human resourse involves work where mistakes carry serious consequences that demand human accountability, personal trust plays a meaningful role, years of hands-on experience build judgment that can't be easily codified, and law, regulation, or deep social norms require a human in this role. After AGI, humans are preferred but not strictly required. After Embodied AGI, humans are preferred but not strictly required.
